The Queen Elizabeth Health Complex (QEHC) is a not-for-profit organization that works in partnership with other institutions to promote and preserve the health and well-being of the community.  The QEHC integrates all aspects of health care both public and private.

The receptionist/office coordinator is the first line of communication between patients, tenants, and clients of the Queen Elizabeth Health Complex. He/she ensures the efficient execution of administrative office activities for the smooth operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering the administration's main telephone line and directing clients to the appropriate department.
  • Responding to inquiries from the public.
  • Responsible for the purchasing of supplies.
  • Managing and distributing monthly parking passes to tenants and staff.
  • Responsible for recruiting new vendors and scheduling their availability.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the
  • Volunteer Program and supporting the volunteers who provide their services to the QEHC.
  • Recruits volunteers and organizes volunteers schedule for different departments.
