I provide a goal-directed, collaborative, Cognitive Behavioural approach (CBT) to help clients manage negative feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. I am a licensed therapist with a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and have worked in Québec and the United Kingdom. I work both in French and English. My expertise includes CBT for all ranges of difficulties, namely: psychosis, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. I also provide Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT) for people with borderline personality traits or disorders (or with general emotional dysregulation), as well as Mindfulness, and Schema Focused Work. I offer these evidence-based psychological therapies for teenagers, young adults, and adults.
