Christina Roberts of Vitality helps her clients make positive changes to their lifestyle habits through individual coaching and group coaching sessions.  The 12-week Building Healthy Habits™ approach provides guidance, support and accountability to boost continued progressive success.

The program is broken into 3 four week segments where participants work on integrating a new healthier behaviour within the areas of: Nutrition, Physical Activity and Stress Management.  One incremental change at a time.

Christina helps participants identify the behaviour to focus on, set an effective goal, create a personalized plan, implement it, analyze setbacks and make strategic adjustments.

A lot of people take positive steps to change their lifestyle habits, but get frustrated because they have been unable to maintain the changes they make over the long term.

“In my experience, I’ve found the real issue is we often try to change too much, too fast and generally with too little planning.” Roberts said.  “We underestimate the effort required to make changes in our habits stick.”

The Building Healthy Habits™ program objective is to establish new healthier behaviours as lasting lifestyle habits to improve participant’s physical, mental and emotional well-being.
