Diagnostic Imaging Centre (Radiology/X-Ray)* is located on the Ground floor. A radiologist is available during operating hours.

Qeen Elizabeth Health Complex Imaging CenterThe Queen Elizabeth Health Complex is a facility that offers a variety of health services under one roof. One of the major services is the Imaging Department situated on the ground floor. The department offers general x-ray, bone-density, mammography, fluoroscopy (Studies including Barium Swallows, Upper G.I. series, Small Bowel Studies, Barium Enemas, Chest and skeletal fluoroscopy) and ultrasound. Medicare covers all of these exams with the exception of ultrasound, which is usually covered by private insurance.

General X-rays are on a walk-in basis. Mammography, Bone density, Fluoroscopy, and Ultrasound require an appointment.

Mammography, is also covered by RAMQ (Medicare). Ultrasounds are covered by private insurance.

It is one of 16 accredited breast cancer detection centers in Quebec.

Opening hours:

Monday-Friday. 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
