Marketing Report


Marketing research survey results:

The QEHC recently hired a marketing student from the John Molson School of Business to prepare a marketing research report. The student interviewed over 1000 clients from our 3 main waiting areas to inquire about awareness of services, patient satisfaction, which borough the client travelled from, age, where they heard about the QEHC, etc. We are extremely pleased to report that the overall satisfaction rate for clients coming to the Complex was 9.5/10
